BRIEF INTRODUCTION
 

Haining Textile Allied Industries Co., Ltd. (HTA) is a wholly foreign owned subsidiary company of the Cha Group of Hong Kong. HTA is a nonwoven fabrics manufacturer, located in Yuanhua, Haining, in Zhejiang province.

The company has a large Stitchbond and Needlepunch production facility of 14,000 sqm in an overall area belonging to the company of 7.73 hectares. The site also has finishing capacity for heat setting, printing, coating and impregnation. We have a dedicated R&D facility, laboratory, quality control department and engineering facilities. Much of our production equipment is German and British in origin.

The Stitchbond products range in width from 30 to 430cm, and in weights of 90 to 350 grams/m². Needlepunch nonwoven maximum width is 400cm with a weight range of 80 to 600 grams/ m².

As one of the largest global Stitchbond manufacturing sites, we are able to provide a wide variety of product finishes according to customers' specifications. The majority of products are currently exported and sold to industry brand leaders; however there is now a strong and growing demand for Stitchbond and Needlepunch fabrics in the Chinese domestic market.
